Terms of Service

How the work here may be shared, quoted, and republished, plus subscription terms and the corrections policy. Everything is free to read.

Last updated: 26 July 2026

The short version

Everything published here is free to read. You may share it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not republish whole investigations without permission, scrape the site systematically, remove attribution, or present the work as your own.

The rest of this page sets that out properly.

Copyright

All content on this site, investigations, essays, images, and the site's own text, is © The Kade Frequency, and is protected by copyright.

You may:

  • Read anything published here, without payment
  • Share links on any platform
  • Quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the original
  • Cite findings in your own work, with attribution
  • Print or save articles for your own personal use

You may not:

  • Republish a full investigation elsewhere, on a website, newsletter, platform, or in print, without written permission
  • Remove or obscure the author attribution
  • Use the work commercially without a licence
  • Present the research or writing as your own
  • Reproduce or distribute the site's images separately from the articles they illustrate

If you want to republish something, ask. Permission is often granted, particularly for non-commercial and educational use, and the answer is usually quick.

Quotation and fair dealing

Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict rights you already have under copyright law, quotation, criticism, review, news reporting, research, and private study. Where national law gives you a right to use the work, that right applies regardless of what this page says.

As a practical guide: a paragraph or two, attributed and linked, is fine and welcome. Reproducing the substance of an investigation so that a reader has no reason to visit the original is not.

Text and data mining

The rights holder expressly reserves all rights to reproduce, extract, and use the content of this site for the purposes of text and data mining, including for the development or training of artificial intelligence systems, within the meaning of Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790.

This reservation applies to all content on this site, and no licence for such use is granted by making the content publicly accessible. Any use of this kind requires a separate written agreement.

Newsletter and subscriptions

Free subscriptions. If you subscribe, you are asking to be sent investigations by email when they are published. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Your address is not sold, rented, or shared, and you will not be sent anything other than the publication.

Paid subscriptions. Paid support funds the work. It does not purchase access to anything withheld from other readers: all investigations are free to everyone, permanently, and there is no paywalled tier. Payment is voluntary patronage rather than a purchase of content.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the account link in any email; access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and the subscription then lapses without further charge.

Where consumer protection law gives you a right to withdraw from a contract or to a refund, that right applies regardless of anything on this page. If something has gone wrong with a payment, email and it will be sorted out.

Payments are processed by a third-party provider. Card details are never seen or stored by this publication.

Accuracy, corrections, and what this is not

Every investigation is based on public documents, court filings, official statements, corporate disclosures, and on-the-record reporting. Sources are cited. Where a figure is contested, it is marked as contested. Where a conclusion is an inference rather than a documented fact, it is identified as such.

The work is nonetheless journalism and analysis: it involves interpretation, and interpretation can be wrong.

This site does not provide legal advice, financial or investment advice, tax advice, medical advice, or professional guidance of any kind. Nothing published here should be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional, and no decision with financial, legal, or personal consequences should be made on the basis of an article alone.

Corrections. If you believe something published here is factually wrong, email a.kade@thekadefrequency.com. Substantiated errors are corrected promptly and the correction is marked visibly on the article. This is treated as a serious obligation rather than a courtesy.

External links

Investigations link to source material: government databases, court records, corporate filings, official statements, published reporting, and research publications.

Linking to a source is not an endorsement of that source or of anything else it publishes. It means: here is where this claim comes from, and you can check it.

External sites are not under this publication's control, and it is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Links break over time as pages move or are removed, which is one reason relevant passages are quoted or summarised within the investigations themselves.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided as they are. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure accuracy, no warranty is given that the content is complete, current, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Kade Frequency is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content, including decisions taken on the basis of anything published here.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the total amount you have paid to this publication in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

How your data is collected, used, and stored is set out separately in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Any revised version is posted on this page with the date of the change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Changes will be limited to what is needed to keep the terms accurate and workable. This is a small independent publication, not a platform seeking rights over your data or your work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
