The Deal

You can read everything on this site for free. You can share investigations. You can quote them with attribution. You can link to them.

You can't republish full investigations without permission. You can't scrape the site systematically to build your own database. You can't claim you wrote this shit.

That's basically it.

Everything here is © 2026 The Kade Frequency.

What you CAN do:

  • Read investigations
  • Share links on social media
  • Quote excerpts with attribution (fair use - a paragraph or two is fine)
  • Reference findings in your own work (with citation)
  • Print articles for personal use

What you CAN'T do:

  • Republish full investigations on your site/newsletter/Medium/wherever without explicit permission
  • Remove author attribution
  • Use investigations commercially without a license
  • Claim you did the research
  • Scrape content to train AI models (looking at you, OpenAI)

Want to republish something? Email us. We're reasonable. Just don't be a dick about it.

If you subscribe:

  • You're giving permission to send you investigations when they're published
  • You can unsubscribe anytime (link in every email)
  • We're not going to spam you with "engagement" bullshit or try to sell you courses

Investigations link to source documents, news articles, government databases, leaked emails, Congressional testimony, UN reports, corporate filings.

We're not responsible for external content. Links don't mean we endorse everything on the linked site. They mean "here's the source, verify it yourself."

Some links break over time as sites change or documents get scrubbed. That's why we quote the relevant sections in the investigation itself.

Liability

Maximum liability for anything: The amount you paid for your subscription. Which is zero, because the site is free.

We do our best to be accurate. If we fuck up, email us. We'll correct it. But we're not liable for decisions you make based on reading investigative journalism.

You're an adult. Act like one.

Changes

We can update these terms. Changes get posted here. If you keep using the site after changes, you accept them.

We're not going to pull some bait-and-switch corporate bullshit where suddenly we own your firstborn. These are basic terms protecting the content and clarifying usage. That's it.
