Epstein Offered Pentagon & FBI Buildings: The Files Exposed

A convicted child sex trafficker was offered the keys to the Pentagon. The man who sent the offer just got his boss arrested.

In 2016, eight years after pleading guilty to soliciting sex from a minor, Jeffrey Epstein received an email.

The subject: a "mission-critical" Department of Defense complex one mile from the Pentagon. 911,818 square feet. The only building in Arlington, Virginia, other than the Pentagon itself, capable of meeting DOD infrastructure needs.

The asking price: $387 million. Epstein's equity stake: $116 million. The result: a convicted pedophile would become landlord to the United States Department of Defense.

The email was forwarded by David Stern,  a German-born investor who called himself Epstein's "soldier" and referred to Epstein as his "general."

Yesterday, Stern's other boss, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly Prince Andrew,  was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office.

The connection isn't coincidental. It's the architecture.

The Soldier

David Stern appears thousands of times in the Epstein files. He was Epstein's man inside the British royal family.

Introduced to Prince Andrew by Epstein himself, Stern became so embedded in royal circles that by 2016 he was named director of the St George's House Trust, an institution nestled inside Windsor Castle, founded by Prince Philip, where "people of influence" gather to discuss "issues of national and international importance."

That same year, Stern sat directly to the left of Queen Elizabeth II at a Pitch@Palace event at St James's Palace. Two seats to her right: Sir Evelyn de Rothschild.

The photograph is in the Epstein files.

So are Stern's emails to Epstein: "Will see you latest 4pm on Sunday, unless you want me to come over before for any reason, orgies, etc."

Stern organized Andrew's overseas trade missions, “I stay in the background/hidden, just make the arrangements”, while simultaneously brokering deals for Epstein. In October 2013, Epstein wrote to Stern suggesting that "Andrew might want to have [a very beautiful friend] for a dinner" during her upcoming visit to London.

In April 2016, Stern invited Epstein's girlfriend Karyna Shuliak, a 26-year-old Belarusian promised $50 million and four homes in Epstein's will, to the Changing of the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace.

This was the man pitching Pentagon real estate to a convicted sex offender.

The Assets

The Pentagon deal wasn't Stern's first pitch.

In October 2015, he forwarded Epstein another proposal: two FBI field offices,  Richmond and Baltimore,  plus U.S. courthouses. Initial investment: $25 million, followed by $80 million. Ownership would be routed through a Cayman Islands offshore entity.

Stern's assessment: "Could be interesting."

The FBI buildings were described in the pitch as "sexy assets."

Let that sink in. The same bureau that would later investigate Epstein's crimes was being offered to Epstein as an investment opportunity. By a man with direct access to the British royal family. While Epstein was a registered sex offender.

The deals were originated by Jonathan Fascitelli of International Government Properties, a firm staffed with former GSA executives and specialists in government-occupied real estate. There's no evidence Fascitelli knew Stern would forward the proposals to Epstein.

But Stern knew exactly who he was sending them to.

The Agent

Here's where it gets darker.

Among the millions of pages in the Epstein files is a 2020 FBI memo from a confidential human source. The memo, part of an investigation into foreign influence on U.S. elections, contains an extraordinary allegation:

"Epstein was a co-opted Mossad Agent."

Independent investigations. Imperial expansion exposed. Pattern documented.

The source stated that Epstein "was close to the former Prime Minister of Israel, Ehud Barak, and trained as a spy under him."

This isn't fringe speculation appearing in some conspiracy forum. This is an FBI document, produced by the bureau's Los Angeles field office, included in the official DOJ release.

Ehud Barak,  former Israeli Prime Minister, former Defense Minister, former head of Israeli military intelligence,  visited Epstein's New York townhouse more than 30 times between 2013 and 2017. After Epstein's 2008 conviction. After he was a registered sex offender.

In one email exchange, Epstein wrote to Barak: "you should make clear that i dont work for mossad :)"

A joke. With a smiley face. About being an intelligence asset.

The FBI memo goes further. It alleges that Alan Dershowitz, Epstein’s lawyer, Harvard professor, longtime Netanyahu ally, “had been co-opted by Mossad." That phone calls between Dershowitz and Epstein were followed by Mossad debriefings.

The source took notes.

The Network

The Epstein files document his financial support for Israeli organizations: Friends of the Israeli Defence Forces. The Jewish National Fund, a settler organization. Epstein also maintained extensive contact with Yoni Koren, a senior Israeli military intelligence figure and aide to Barak, who stayed at Epstein's New York residence for weeks at a time. Epstein appears to have paid for Koren's cancer treatment.

Then there's the Manhattan townhouse itself, the one Epstein operated from, where crimes were committed, which was given to him by Les Wexner.

That property, worth $77 million, was reportedly rigged with cameras.

The architecture of a blackmail operation? The infrastructure of an intelligence asset? Or just the lifestyle of a billionaire pedophile?

The files don't provide definitive proof of state-level recruitment. But they document a pattern: a convicted sex offender with extraordinary access to power, extraordinary protection from consequences, and extraordinary connections to intelligence circles in multiple countries.

Former Israeli intelligence officer Ari Ben-Menashe has publicly claimed that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell operated for Mossad since the 1980s,  running operations reminiscent of those allegedly conducted by Maxwell's father, Robert Maxwell, a media mogul widely reported as a Mossad asset until his mysterious death in 1991.

Israeli officials deny everything. Benjamin Netanyahu called the Mossad claims "unfounded." Former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said they're "100% untrue."

But the FBI documented the allegations seriously enough to include them in counter-intelligence files.

The Protection

Yesterday, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested. Twelve hours of questioning. Then released. Investigation ongoing.

The charge: misconduct in public office, specifically, sharing confidential UK trade documents with Epstein while serving as Britain's trade envoy.

David Stern was the intermediary. The same man who forwarded Pentagon and FBI building deals to a convicted pedophile. The same man who organized Andrew's overseas trips while joking about "orgies" with Epstein. The same man who sat next to the Queen.

The same man who's now in the UAE, beyond British jurisdiction.

Meanwhile, in America:

Les Wexner, the man the FBI labeled "co-conspirator",  testified this week that he transferred approximately one billion dollars to Epstein. He claims he was "unaware" of most of it. The FBI and DOJ have never contacted him. Not once.

Howard Lutnick, Commerce Secretary, remains in office despite appearing in the files.

No American has been arrested in connection with Epstein since his death.

The UN Human Rights Council this week declared the Epstein files reveal a "global criminal enterprise" that may constitute crimes against humanity, sexual slavery, torture, enforced disappearance. Their recommendation: independent investigation, criminal accountability.

America's response: silence.

The Question

A convicted child sex trafficker was offered the opportunity to become landlord to the Pentagon and the FBI.

The broker had access to the Queen of England.

FBI documents suggest the sex trafficker was an intelligence asset.

A billion dollars flowed from one man, never questioned by authorities.

And across Europe, people are being arrested, charged, investigated. While in America, the protection racket continues.

The question isn't whether Jeffrey Epstein was connected to intelligence services. The question is: who was he working for when he was offered the keys to the Pentagon?

And the more important question: why is no one in America asking?

Yesterday was The Protection Racket. The pattern doesn't break. It deepens.
